Investment Strategy
GLOBAL FINANCIAL
─── Holding ───
Global Financial Holding establishes or
invests in companies in structurally sound and growing industries.
Target companies are in the hotel, real estate, IT, beverage,
renewable energy, services and retail sectors.
GFH's investment strategy will focus
exclusively on acquisitions in the long term. We will target
undervalued, listed companies as well as private companies and
companies with succession problems.
We will systematically buy up sales and
profits in order to spare ourselves lengthy, cost-intensive build-up
phases.
With Numoros, we have created a tool
that gives us access to all sectors of the economy in many countries.
In the future, we will be able to dispense with cost-intensive
advertising areas, because we can approach potential customers
directly with every message.
Having direct access to a database of
this magnitude gives every product in the group a direct effective
value and therefore a direct sales market.
Let's take the beverage sector as an
example. GFH has the naming rights to fully developed product lines,
which can be easily expanded. Launching such a product line on the
market is only possible with investments in the millions.
We will therefore acquire an existing
manufacturer that is already positioned in the market, and then dock
our product lines and make use of existing outlets and markets.
We will implement this strategy in all
GFH business units.
We have also developed an all-in-one
system, which will allow us to link the divisions in direct Internet
trading.
We do not wish to go into this area in
detail at present, as this would mean having to disclose internal
information.
With authorized capital of $125
million, we are positive about rapid revenue expansion. We already
see favorable acquisition targets due to still existing supply chain
disruptions, rising commodity prices and interest rates.
